A word from the director
Expertise earnedabroad, ambitionturned towardsSenegal.
After thirteen years in London, where I completed the whole of my university education up to a master's in accounting and finance, I chose to come back to Senegal with one conviction: to put the experience I had gained abroad at the service of my country.
Returning to Dakar was also a chance to look afresh at the Senegalese property market and at the difficulties facing those who want to invest in it, particularly from abroad: a lack of support, distance, the complexity of the formalities, and the need for partners one can trust.
SMCI was born of that reflection.
I wanted to create a firm able to simplify property investment in Senegal and to give every client professional, transparent and rigorous support, from spotting an opportunity through to the full delivery of their project.
Today SMCI works with private buyers and investors alike, and with several organisations as well as Senegalese living abroad who wish to invest at home.
Our role goes well beyond the transaction. We study the projects, advise our clients and stand beside them so that their investments are secure, profitable and carried out in the best conditions.
Through SMCI, my ambition remains the one that brought me back: to put my expertise at the service of those who want to build, invest and create value in Senegal, with the confidence of being supported at every step.
